The front desk is open from 9:00 to 22:00.
If the staff is away from the desk, they are still on site; please call them using the bell on the counter.
Q.Is there internet/Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and in all guest rooms.
We upgraded our connection in July 2024 to provide an even faster, more stable internet environment.
Q.Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, we offer luggage storage. Please ask our front desk staff.
Q.Is there a smoking area?
The hotel is entirely non-smoking. A smoking area is located near the main entrance outside.
Q.Are there convenience stores or supermarkets nearby?
Yes, the following shops are within walking distance:
- Convenience Store: FamilyMart Tsuji 1-Chome (Open 24 hours, stocks local Okinawa products and souvenirs).
- Supermarket: Nishimachi Ryubo (Open 9:00 - 24:00, great for fresh ingredients and local foods).

We provide:

- Room Equipment: Hair dryer, electric kettle, refrigerator, flat-screen TV, air conditioner (heating/cooling), bathtub, shower, toilet, desk, linens.
Q.Is there room cleaning during my stay?
We do not clean rooms during your stay. Fresh towels and amenities are available for exchange at the front desk free of charge.
Q.Can children share beds?
Children sharing beds stay for free regardless of the number of children. Extra futons are not provided.
The number of futons provided matches the number of paying adults.
Q.Can I walk to Kokusai Street?
Yes, it is within walking distance (approx. 15-20 minutes).
Using our free rental bicycles makes it even faster and is highly recommended for exploring the area and local alleys.
Q.Can I walk to the beach?
Yes, the beautiful white sand of "Naminoue Beach" is about an 11-minute walk away.
It is a popular spot in Naha City to enjoy the emerald green sea and swimming.
Q.Are there any house rules?
Please check the evacuation route when you enter your room.
To ensure comfort for all guests, non-guests are not allowed in the lounge. Please note that rental items and drinks are subject to availability.
Q.What is the nearest monorail station, and how far is it?
The nearest station is "Asahibashi Station" on the Okinawa Monorail (Yui Rail).
It is about a 12-15 minute walk from the hotel.
